Exploration Geologist – Armidale Region

We’re seeking an experienced Exploration Geologist to support field-based activities and contribute to the success of ongoing exploration programs. This hands-on role involves geological interpretation, drill program planning, and data management across multiple exploration sites, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and technical excellence.

1. Conducting geological mapping, interpretation, and analysis to support exploration activities.
2. Assisting with drill pad preparation, land clearance, and target generation.
3. Planning, designing, and monitoring surface and underground drilling programmes.
4. Logging and managing drilling data, including diamond drill core, RC chips, and soil samples.
5. Preparing reports and contributing to short and long-term exploration schedules.
6. Ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and effective data management in exploration projects.

Initially a short-term contract, this opportunity could lead to ongoing work through the remainder of 2025.
