Nursing Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our clinical services, including:
2. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
3. Advanced biomarker testing
4. IV nutrient and immune support protocols
5. Supervise and support a multidisciplinary nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and innovation.
6. Liaise with referring GPs and specialists to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients presenting with complex and chronic medical conditions.
7. Uphold strict adherence to AHPRA standards, infection control, and healthcare compliance regulations.
8. Collaborate with executive management to align clinical services with our organization's strategic vision and continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
2. Proven experience in a nursing leadership or management role
3. Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and organisational skills
