ABOUT YOU
You will be, experienced, passionate, versatile, and ready for a change of direction / pace, dedicated to making an impact on your patient’s healthcare journey.
Whilst you will be working autonomously, providing one-to-one care to our valued patients, you will never be alone. Guidance and support is always immediately accessible throughout your working day.
We are unable to provide sponsorship. You must have full working rights in Australia currently.
• 2 years + Experience, demonstrating contemporary nursing knowledge and preferably skilled in oncology/day therapy infusions nursing practice in accordance with current legislation and professional standards and codes of practice
• Peripheral cannulation (essential)
• Proficiency in CVAD management and IV cannulation skills, as well as the ability to successfully complete eviQ competencies
• ADAC Competency or demonstrated experience with the administration of intravenous therapy for chronic disease management
• Advanced clinical assessment skills
• Experience in community-based care (preferred)
• Compassionate, enthusiastic, and able to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Confidence with IT
• Flexible, resourceful, can-do attitude
• A current driver’s license
• Current registration with AHPRA
