About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader to help run smooth services and lead the floor during busy periods. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be on the floor, supporting staff, engaging with customers, and keeping service flowing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support FOH staff during service

Open and close shifts as required

Coordinate floor operations and table flow

Provide great customer service and handle issues calmly

Support training and onboarding of new staff

Liaise with kitchen and bar to keep service efficient

Maintain venue standards and presentation

What We’re Looking For

Previous FOH leadership or senior hospitality experience

Strong communication and people skills

Confident running shifts in busy services

Calm under pressure and solutions-focused

Reliable, organised, and leads by example

RSA (required)
