We’re looking for an experienced, reliable barista to join a busy local café in Oatley. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys consistent trade, friendly regulars, and a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing high-quality coffee and espresso drinks

Providing friendly, efficient customer service

Managing orders during busy periods

Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station

Working closely with the front-of-house team

What We’re Looking For

Previous barista experience (essential)

Confident working independently and during peak periods

Strong customer service and communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Availability for some weekends preferred
